Frequently asked questions
Do I need finished drawings to get started?
No. Bring an idea, sketch, photo, sample, or existing file. We can develop the models and manufacturing drawings with you as part of a project we will manufacture. You approve the production package before manufacturing begins.
Can K-Display support prototypes and repeat production?
Yes. Share the immediate quantity and expected repeat demand so setup, tooling, revision control, finishing, and assembly can be reviewed together.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
We quote prototypes, short runs, and repeat production. Send the first quantity and any repeat demand; batch size depends on the part, material, tooling, and finish, and we set it in the quote.
What metals do you work with?
We cut and form aluminum, carbon steel, stainless steel, galvanized steel, and galvanneal. Send the grade and thickness with your drawings.
How do I request a quote?
Send the current files, revision, material, thickness, quantity, finish, need-by date, and ship-to location through the Request a quote form.
