Cutting & Forming
Laser cut panels, plates, and blanks, CNC punched vent patterns and knockouts, and press-brake formed brackets, channels, and enclosure panels, shipped flat, formed, or finished.
Welding & Joining
MIG and TIG welded frames, enclosure corners, and housings, spot welded steel stiffeners and brackets, and tack-welded assemblies, shipped welded, blended, coated, or tacked.
Finishing & Assembly
Powder coated parts, screen printed legends and labels, installed self-clinching hardware, hinges, and latches, and assembled units, labeled and packed.
Production Services
Design and drafting from a sketch or sample, short-run batches, OEM parts reordered from a released drawing, and single-source orders carried from first cut to packed unit.
