Sheet Metal Cutting & Forming

Laser cut panels, plates, and blanks, CNC punched vent patterns and knockouts, and press-brake formed brackets, channels, and enclosure panels, shipped flat, formed, or finished.

Door skins, chassis, and machine guards

A gusset, a gland plate, or a vent panel from your own model is cut and formed on the same machines.

Blank and bend planned from one model

Laser cut and punched blanks come to the press brake flat, with their holes, slots, and knockouts in place, and a stamped part also brings the tabs and bends its die formed. The brake folds the remaining bends one at a time. A part then ships flat or formed, or goes on to our welders, the hardware press, the coating line, and assembly.

A flat sheet is laser cut into an enclosure blank with bend lines, then formed into an open box.
Cutting sets the flat profile, holes, and bend lines; forming folds the blank into the enclosure body.

We unfold the flat from your model

Include the formed drawing, revision, material, thickness, and quantity. We unfold the flat pattern from the model and set the bend order, then quote.
