Custom Frames & Weldments

Welded equipment frames, machine bases and skid frames, and test stand and fixture frames, bare or powder coated, with pads masked and feet and hardware installed.

Structure for pumps, compressors, and machines

We weld frames for ground support equipment and lab instruments the same way.

Equipment bolts straight to bare pads

We laser cut the plates and gussets, form the channel, and fit each frame up for MIG or TIG welding. Welds marked visible are ground flush. After masking the pads, threads, and locator holes, we powder coat the frame or leave it bare. A machine base then takes its leveling feet and studs, and a test stand its ID and revision marking, feet, and plates.

Line drawing of three welded frames: an equipment frame with four top plates, a machine base on leveling feet with forklift pockets, and a test stand with a drilled top, clamp, and locator blocks.
The equipment frame and the machine base carry their loads on four raised pads, while the test stand's drilled top lets its locators and clamp bolt down at any hole.

The mounting pattern and the datum faces

Add the assembly drawing, mounting patterns, material, finish, and quantity. We sequence the welds around the datum faces, then quote the frame.
