Metal Components for Door & Access Systems

Garage, rolling, and high-performance door parts, sectional panel parts and subassemblies, operator and gate enclosures, and dock parts, bare, powder coated, or hardware installed.

For the doors, gates, and docks you build

A part for another door series, operator, or dock leveler model is built the same way.

Hardware in, coated, and packed by part number

Skins, hoods, covers, and brackets are laser cut flat and formed on the press brake. Carbon steel channels are then spot welded to their skins, and subassemblies, gate posts, and dock weldments MIG or TIG welded; hoods, covers, and loose brackets go straight to hardware. We mask threads, slots, and mating faces, powder coat, hang gate cabinet doors, and pack each set by door or part number.

Line drawing of three groups: two sectional door sections with stiffeners and hinges; a formed hood with two guide channels and two small brackets; and an operator housing with a vented side and its cover plate drawn apart, beside a pedestal with a keypad opening.
The highlighted flanges and edges are where each part meets the next, so their holes are laid out from the mating part's pattern.

Each part number and what it mates to

Add the part drawings, revision, material, finish, hardware, and quantity. We lay out each hole pattern from its mating part and price each part number.
