Custom Electrical Enclosures

Control panel enclosures, junction boxes, operator consoles, outdoor cabinets, and battery enclosures, bare, powder coated, or assembled with doors hung and hardware installed.

Enclosing the control and power gear you build

We build switchgear, panelboard, and PDU enclosures the same way, to the NEMA type you name.

Arrives coated, with its door or cover already on

Device cutouts, cable entries, knockouts, and vent openings are cut in the flat blank, and the body, door, and gasket lands are formed around them. We weld the corners and seams, MIG or TIG by joint, and install the studs and clinch nuts. Ground faces, stud threads, and gasket seats are masked before powder coat. The cured shell then takes its door, subpanel, cover, or terminal rail.

Line drawing of three enclosures: a wall-mount enclosure with its door open on a subpanel; two junction boxes with their gasketed covers and screws drawn apart; and an operator console on a pedestal with a sloped screen face and a rear access plate removed.
Each highlighted plate comes off its body once its fasteners are out. The devices on or behind it are wired and serviced through that opening.

Send the device layout and NEMA type

Include the enclosure drawing, NEMA type, material, finish, hardware, and quantity. We place cutouts, studs, and entries from the layout before we quote.
