Carts arrive assembled and rolling, or kitted flat
After the laser and the press brake, every cart, rack, workstation, and bin is welded: frames with their caster plates and handle brackets, bins at the corners and fixed dividers. Self-clinching nuts go in and their threads are masked before powder coat. Casters, tops, and leveling feet go on after the cure, or the parts ship as a knocked-down kit.
