Custom Brackets & Mounting Plates

Formed and welded mounting brackets, flat mounting, backing, and gland plates, and cable and sensor brackets, shipped loose, kitted, or powder coated with hardware installed.

Holding valves, drives, and relays in place

If it bolts to a frame, a panel, or a rail, we make the bracket or plate it bolts to.

Kitted with the enclosure they mount in

The laser cuts every bracket flat, and plates come off the laser or the punch. Brackets then go to the press brake, and gussets are welded on after the bend; a plate reaches the brake only for a return edge. Every part takes its self-clinching nuts and studs before powder coat, then ships loose, as a weldment, or kitted with an enclosure or for each machine variant.

Line drawing of three mountings: a gusseted shelf bracket bolted through slots to an upright plate; a small angle bracket, a plate with a large center hole, and a narrow backing plate drawn apart on their bolts and nuts; and a sensor with a clipped cable on a bracket bolted to a rectangular tube.
The angle bracket, plate, and backing plate share one hole pattern, so one set of bolts passes through all three. The brackets on either side mount through slots and slide into position before their bolts are tightened.

Bring the part it has to hold

We review the hole pattern, datum faces, and hardware against what the part carries, then quote the run.
