Custom Sheet Metal Chassis & Cabinets

Chassis and card cages, 19-inch rack-mount enclosures, and server cabinets and rack frames, bare or powder coated, with hardware, guides, slides, or doors fitted.

For electronics, telecom, and data center gear

We also build 23-inch telecom shelves and instrument housings.

A bare-metal ground path from chassis to cabinet

A chassis fastens inside a rack-mount box, and the box fastens to the cabinet rails. Before powder coat, we mask the ground pads and gasket lands on the chassis, the ear faces on the box, and the rail bond points on the cabinet. Each level then meets the next on bare metal.

Line drawing of three parts: an open card cage with rows of card guides and backplane connectors; a rack-mount box with handled ears sliding out between two square-hole posts; and a cabinet frame with its vented door open and its side panel drawn apart.
The ear slots on the box and the square holes in the rails are spaced in rack units from one datum on the rail, so the box bolts in at any unit height.

Send the rack units and board pitch

With the drawing or sketch, rail hole style, material, finish, and quantity, we check the ears, rails, and card guides against them and quote the part.
