Sheet Metal Finishing & Assembly

Powder coated parts, screen printed legends and labels, installed self-clinching hardware, hinges, and latches, and assembled units, labeled and packed.

Coated guards, marked faceplates, built kiosks

We finish and pack a cabinet, an operator console, or a kit for your own product the same way.

Threads come out of the oven clean

We press self-clinching nuts, studs, and standoffs into bare sheet, since the press cannot seat them through a coat. We powder coat with the threads and bare faces masked. Legends are printed on the cured face, so the coat cannot cover them. Hinges, latches, handles, and purchased components go on last, before the unit is labeled and packed.

The welded enclosure hangs from a line hook while a powder gun coats it, then receives its hinged door, latch, and screws.
The body is powder coated, then the door and hardware are installed so the enclosure leaves assembled.
