Every panel ships with its hardware installed
Every panel, guard, and cover is cut and formed, then takes its self-clinching nuts and studs while the sheet is bare. Guard frames are welded and fitted with hinges and latches before the coat, and hopper, chute, and trough seams are welded then too. After powder coat, housing covers take their latches and handles, front panels their printed legends, and hoppers their lids.
